Why partner with BSCD

A pipeline you cannot build from a job board.

01

Diverse talent, in person

Meet a large group of Black students and alumni across every faculty at Concordia, face to face in one afternoon.

02

Real connections

Not applications in a queue. Conversations, booths, and follow-ups that turn into hires.

03

Brand where it matters

Your name in front of the next generation, and mutual promotion of the campaign of your choice.

04

Back a movement

You are helping change who gets hired, and students remember the companies that showed up.

Who we are

A space where Black students, alumni, and professionals connect, build relationships, and learn from one another.

BSCD was founded by four Black Concordia students who started it over limited funding, thin networks, and the pressure to take a traditional path.

Today it is run by a team of student executives, and it is where a large, diverse group of students meets the companies who want to hire them, every single semester.
